Tadej Pogacar is famous from Slovenia, and with him winning the World Championship's Rainbow Jersey, the Giro and the Tour amongst tonnes of other races on the road - we are perhaps looking at the best cyclist since Eddy Merckx. A bold claim, but we are not alone in that claim.

However, the list of palmares hailing from Slovenia does not end there, with San Remo's winner Matej Mohorič and PrimoĆŸ Roglič they have some of the best most versatile riders. That's without even mentioning Jan Tratnik or Luca Mezgec!
